We currently collect and process the following information:

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored on our internal computer system which is regularly backed up to a secure, online digital storage system.

We keep your contact details for as long as you are a customer, and for a period of two years (24 months) after the cessation of your contract with us.

We may retain your details on our secure computer system, backed up to a secure, online digital storage system, for a longer period where there is a legal obligation for us to do so.

At the point which it is no longer necessary for us to store your data, we will delete your details from both our local computer system, and also from our online digital storage system.

Your data protection rights

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

Your right of access – You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.

Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
